Ask Leucadia

An assistant that does the legwork.

Ask in plain language, from the page you are on. Ask Leucadia reads the relevant calls and results, shows its evidence, prepares briefs and spreadsheets, and proposes changes for your approval.

What firms use it for

  • Explain a change

Why a client’s scores moved, why a call failed, or which questions and collectors drive a trend, with the calls behind each answer.

  • Prepare a brief or spreadsheet

A brief that labels each statement as recorded, computed, or interpretation, and a spreadsheet you can filter and send.

  • Work from a client’s form

Attach a QA form. It explains the form, drafts scorecard questions, and tests them on your calls without changing official results. Scorecards that use a client’s own scoring method are set up by our team.

  • Fix a client match

Find a client code matched to the wrong client, show the impact, and correct it with your approval. Where your workspace allows it, re-score the affected calls and confirm the results.

You stay in control

Helpful, within the limits you set.

  • Your permissions, not more

Each person can ask Ask Leucadia to do only what their own role allows.

  • Nothing changes without approval

Client matches, re-scores, and scorecard changes are proposed with their impact and applied only after the person who asked approves. Scorecard changes require an Owner, and tests never touch official results.

  • It shows its work

Answers carry the calls and quotes they rely on. Ask Leucadia never edits evaluations or a reviewer’s corrections.

Ask it about your own calls.
