Security and trust
Built for vendor reviews.
Your firm handles consumer and account data for its clients, and they review their vendors. Leucadia keeps that data separated by firm, limits access by role, and records who changed what.

How your data is protected
Controls that match how your firm works.
Separated by firm
Each firm’s calls, results, and settings are kept separate, and access is enforced on our servers, not in the browser.
Role-based access
Owners, administrators, supervisors, and collectors see and do only what their role allows.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
A record of changes
Reviewer corrections, client-match changes, and scorecard changes record who made them and when.
AI processing
How AI is used, and how it is controlled.
Leucadia uses AI service providers to transcribe calls, evaluate them against scorecards, and answer Ask Leucadia requests. Call content is sent to those providers only to deliver these services.
Ask Leucadia works within each person’s permissions. Changes to client matches, re-scores, and scorecards are applied only after approval, and it never edits evaluations or reviewer corrections.
