Platform
From recorded call to client deliverable.
Leucadia connects to your calls, scores each one on its client’s scorecard, puts the evidence in front of your reviewers, and organizes what your clients ask for.
1 · Capture and match
Calls arrive matched to client and account.
Recordings come from your phone system or by upload. Once matching is set up with you, calls are matched to client, account, and file number from the call reports your firm already produces. When a client cannot be confirmed, the call says so plainly.
Phone system connections
RingCentral and Dialpad connections, plus recording upload. Ask us about other systems.
Client matching
Client codes in your reports are matched to your client list, and you can correct a match at any time.
2 · Score
The right scorecard for each call.
Calls with a confirmed client are scored on that client’s scorecard. A call without a client scorecard is scored on Leucadia’s general compliance scorecard, with the reason shown. Complaints are identified against the standards that apply to each client.
Client scorecards
Each client’s questions, points, and pass mark, with the evidence behind each answer the call can support.
Your timing
Whether calls wait for their client report, and for how long, is set for your workspace.
Complaint identification
Complaints raised on a call are flagged with the transcript evidence, ready to resolve.

3 · Review
People decide, with the evidence in front of them.
Reviewers see the transcript, the audio moment, and the reasoning behind each answer, and confirm or correct it. Corrections record who, when, and the AI’s original answer, and they carry forward when a call is re-scored on the same question.
A second check on serious findings
Findings that would automatically fail a call or record a violation are reviewed by a second, independent AI check before they count.
Needs review again
If a call is scored again and what the reviewer saw changes, the call comes back for review.
